It’s sometimes hard to find time to get enough exercise each week. Of course, I bike about 20 minutes back and forth to school each day. I also try to run between 5 and 10 km a couple times a week, go to yoga once a week, and go to boot camp once a week.Continue reading “Moving / fitness”

Aside from the downtown, it may be worth checking out the Havenkwartier; this means harbour quarter; it’s an old harbour along the river that used to be used mainly for industrial purposes but the area has become a hip and trendy place to live and there are some nice restaurants and other venues.
